For children from preschool through 5th grade!

All families (children and parents) are invited to enjoy dinner at the church at 5PM on each of the bible club nights.  Parents may also drop off their children and enjoy their own night out.  Everyone is welcome for the Community BBQ on Friday, August 12th.

By entering your name you agree to the following: I authorize the child named above to attend the Calvary OPC Summer Bible Club Program during some or all of the following dates: July 14, 2022, July 28, 2022, August 11, 2022, and August 12, 2022. In consideration for the grant of permission to participate in the program and use the buildings and facilities of Calvary OPC for the program, I as the authorized parent/guardian of the child named above agree to release Calvary OPC, its officers, representatives and volunteers from any and all claims or liability that might accrue from or arise during the program and the related use of the facilities and I further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Calvary OPC, its officers, representatives and volunteers from any and all such claims. I agree to comply with the rules regarding the use of the facilities. In addition, in the event of an emergency, I authorize Calvary OPC representatives to obtain necessary care for the child named above.
